The Family:

A warm, active family based in Wairakei, Taupō with two young children who love play, adventures, and spending time outdoors. They value a calm, organised, and supportive nanny who brings fun, structure, and creativity to each day.

Days & hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
One late night per month
Start date: 4/11/2026

A typical day will include:

• Caring for two children aged 3 and 1
• Older child attends kindy three days a week (8:30am–2:30pm)
• Some kindy drop-offs/pick-ups as needed
• Planning fun outings or engaging at-home play
• Preparing children’s meals during the day
• Packing bags/snacks for outings
• Setting up activities and supporting play-based learning
• Managing nap routine for the youngest child
• Child-related organisation during nap times (tidying toys/bedrooms)
• Light household tasks such as folding washing, vacuuming, and stacking the dishwasher
• Assisting with weekly activities such as swimming
• Use of a family car for all child-related driving

Qualifications/Requirements:
Hold a valid First Aid and CPR
Hold a valid Working with Children Check
Hold a valid National Police Check
A minimum of 3 years experience working with children
