The Family:
A warm and busy blended family based in Perth, WA, is seeking an energetic, reliable and flexible nanny to join their household on a long-term basis. The family has four children — a busy toddler and three school-aged children. Both parents are doctors with demanding and often inflexible schedules, and they are looking for someone dependable who can provide consistent support alongside their current nanny. The home is lively, loving and family-focused, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The Family’s Dream Nanny: The ideal nanny will be enthusiastic, proactive and confident caring for children of various ages. She will have strong initiative, excellent time management skills, and a genuine love for working with kids. Someone younger, energetic and flexible would be ideal to complement the family. A reliable car and full driver’s licence are essential, as driving will form part of the role. The family values warmth, clear communication and a positive, can-do attitude — someone who can handle a lively household with good humour and grace.
Bonus Points if the Nanny: - Has experience supporting large or blended families
- Is confident managing multiple age groups independently
- Enjoys being part of a dynamic and supportive home environment
