Do work that makes a difference
The SEC is building an enterprising and dynamic team to accelerate Victoria's transition to renewables and help achieve Victoria's renewable energy target of 95% by 2035. We are working together for renewable, affordable, reliable energy for all Victorians.
Your role
As the Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you'll be the technical authority ensuring the reliability, performance, security and day-to-day operability of SEC's One Stop Shop digital platform hosted on AWS. Working in close partnership with engineering teams and an outsourced Level 1 Managed Service Partner (MSP), you'll help maintain a strong and effective operating model. Over time, you'll lead the evolution of the platform toward automation-first, self-healing solutions and high-maturity DevOps practices, embedding reliability engineering at the heart of how the platform is built and run.
