Who are you?
You’re currently an HR Administrator or Coordinator with some solid experience under your belt. You’re ready to level up and take on a role that’s packed with growth opportunities and hands-on experience. This isn’t your average coordinator gig, it’s your chance to dive into exciting new challenges, learn and grow with a supportive team, and get real-world experience in HR and safety that will fast-track your career.
You have a passion for all things HR and safety, a love for learning, and you’re not afraid to step outside your comfort zone. You’re highly organised, adaptable, and ready to tackle a variety of tasks, taking on new challenges and growing along the way.
Day to day
• Coordinate and review systems, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure hazards and incidents are reported and resolved.
• Maintain regular reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Ensure internal ISO documents align with industry standards.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and onboarding processes.
• Maintain training registers, matrices, and portals.
• Conduct inductions and assist with safety inspections and audits.
• Support recruitment by shortlisting, developing PDs, and managing client compliance.
What's in your toolkit?
• Experience supporting high-risk, blue-collar environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of Australian employment law with experience in interpreting awards and/or EBAs.
• Solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
• Outstanding organisational and administrative skills.
• Valid Victorian driver’s license.
