As a vital member of the P&C team, reporting to the Head of P&C, you will actively contribute to the group's daily functions by collaborating closely with senior leaders, and providing timely advice that will guide teams forward.
Your Role in Action
Offer consistent guidance to leaders across all stages of the employee life cycle.
Provide targeted leadership coaching and support to senior managers.
Generate letters post remuneration review to ensure details are accurate.
Advise on employee relations matters including performance and grievances.
Partner with the wider P&C team to support recruitment efforts across the organisation.
Help to establish a feedback culture where managers are held accountable for regular, meaningful performance conversations.
Help to maintain BAU when the Head of P&C is on leave for 3.5 weeks.
