Your Role in Action - Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment services that align with workforce planning, diversity, gender equity, and inclusion goals.
- Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and external providers to provide service excellence and ensure recruitment initiatives meet business needs.
- Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment providers, negotiate contracts, and support budget planning to optimise recruitment spend.
- Enhance recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the organisation’s Employee Value Proposition.
- Provide industry insights on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and develop talent pipelines to attract high-potential candidates.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology, automation, and data analytics to drive efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to build leadership capability and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, particularly for critical and senior roles.
- Establish inclusive recruitment practices, ensuring diverse and equitable hiring panels to support the organisation’s culture and strategic objectives.
What You Bring to the Table - Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, including senior and specialised roles
- Ability to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning, diversity, and organisational goals while optimising resources and budgets.
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with senior leaders, hiring managers, and external providers, ensuring seamless recruitment delivery.
- Experience refining recruitment practices, leveraging technology, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Being passionate about embedding inclusive hiring practices, promoting gender balance, and building diverse, high-performing teams.
- Ability to enhance EVP, represent the organisation in the market, and deliver an exceptional candidate journey.
- Proficiency in analysing recruitment metrics, market trends, and talent pipelines to inform hiring strategies and workforce planning.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
