Who are you?

You’re a payroll whiz who loves getting the details right. Whether it’s managing complex pay structures, staying on top of compliance, or solving tricky payroll puzzles, you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. If you're looking for a role where you can own the payroll function, this is it. 


Day to day

• Running end-to-end payroll for around 350 employees, including artists, musicians, and crew
• Making sure salaries, superannuation, and allowances are processed smoothly and accurately
• Keeping on top of tax, compliance, and enterprise agreements
• Supporting audits, reconciliations, and reporting
• Working closely with HR and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations
• Answering payroll queries and providing advice when needed

What's in your toolkit?

• 5+ years’ payroll experience in a complex, multi-functional environment
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, and superannuation
• Experience with Finance One Payroll (or similar systems)
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A proactive, collaborative approach, you’re a team player who loves continuous improvement
• Experience with Time and Attendance.
