What You’ll Be Driving 
 
Outside of the daily and cyclical activities, the role has a great focus on proactive projects such as a pending labour hire review, capability development and talent attraction.  

• Coach and empower frontline managers across Vic, Tas and New Zealand 
• Advise leaders on potential risks and recommended actions related to performance and disciplinary issues. 
• Interpret and ensure compliance with the General Retail Industry Award 
• (GRIA) 
• Assist with recruitment and talent management activities   
• Drive impact beyond the day-to-day by supporting a variety of HR projects.  
• Support and guide managers in handling ER cases, including performance, disciplinary matters, complaints, and investigations.
