What’s the brief?
A true generalist position for the BP who likes to be involved in every part of HR. Working across 2 campuses (one in the South East and one in the CBD) you’ll be the go-to for people matters ranging from change management to ER to upskilling.

What You’ll Be Doing - Collaborate closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Manage, support and resolve employee concerns, conflicts and grievances in a fair and compliant manner.
- Understand and interpret the Teachers Award and General Staff Education Award to provide advice and administrative support.
- Administer and manage key HR programs of work for your portfolios such as workforce planning, performance, remuneration, benefits and diversity and inclusion.
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans, coaching and development opportunities.
- Promote a culture of engagement, job satisfaction and wellbeing within your assigned client groups.
- Have oversight of staff changes within your portfolios, including recruitment, contract preparation, onboarding and employment variation processing.
