They are on the lookout for an IR Business Partner with strong depth in employment legislation and a passion for coaching others, to support the upskilling in knowledge across the business.

Providing expert ER / IR advice to senior leaders
Addressing complex ER / IR matters, including grievances, disputes and performance management and the management of workplace investigations
Coaching and supporting senior leaders in managing employment matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Leading training and development initiatives for managers to effectively navigate IR complexities
Developing and implementing proactive IR strategies that foster a positive, high performance work environment
Providing expert advice on awards, EA’s and workplace policies to mitigate risk
What Sets You Apart Interpreting Enterprise Agreements and Employer advocacy are your bread and butter. You're strong technically and you thrive in an environment where you split your time between case management / IR and coaching / educating stakeholders.
