What's the brief?
This role is your chance to lead a strategic transformation in performance and reward. Following a merger, you'll design and implement frameworks, incentive plans, and compensation models that align with the company’s evolving goals. Your work will be pivotal in creating a high performance culture while ensuring competitive, fair pay structures across the business.
As the Head of Performance & Reward you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and finance to refine existing systems and shape innovative reward strategies. Backed by leadership, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on business performance and employee engagement.
What You’ll Be Driving - Design and implement remuneration frameworks, incentive structures, and performance management processes that align with business goals.
- Lead the overhaul of the performance ratings system ensuring it drives meaningful performance outcomes.
- Review and optimise the remuneration process, streamlining pay reviews and market benchmarking across multiple brands.
- Develop and embed a consistent job evaluation framework for role clarity and equitable pay structures.
- Standardise and optimise STI plans, sales incentives, and benefits offerings to drive business performance and attract top talent.
- Assess and refine compensation models
- Work closely with finance, OD, and HRBPs to ensure alignment between remuneration strategies and broader people objectives.
- Advise and influence senior leadership, the Remuneration Committee, and key stakeholders, providing strategic insights on pay, performance, and reward structures.
- Drive a cultural shift in how performance and reward are perceived, ensuring a high performance, high engagement environment.
- Educate and empower leaders on best-practice remuneration, performance management, and reward strategies.
