Who are you? In this role, you’ll help keep HR systems in tip-top shape by handling the backend configurations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to translate business needs into system functionality make you a trusted partner in driving HR technology improvements. Whether it’s troubleshooting issues, configuring system changes, or analysing data flows, you take pride in ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and security of HR systems!
Day to day
- Act as SME for HRIS (SuccessFactors), troubleshoot issues, manage user queries, and ensure system integrity.
- Configure, test, and implement system improvements, ensuring seamless integration with HR and business systems.
- Prioritise and execute system changes, manage upgrades, and coordinate rollouts with stakeholders.
- Oversee data imports, maintain accurate reporting flows, and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
- Maintain system security, user authorisations, and documentation for consistency and compliance.
What's in your toolkit? - 1-2 years SuccessFactors experience (back-end configuration) essential
- Significant experience in supporting and administering an integrated HR Information Systems
- Understanding of stakeholders and business requirements
- Understanding of core people processes
