Is This Your Perfect Match? As a Workplace Relations Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things IR, bridging the gap in the HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing EBA negotiations, ensuring BOOT compliance, and providing expert guidance on IR matters. With external consultants providing advisory support, you’ll take charge of the hands-on execution, making a tangible impact on the organisation’s workforce strategy.
Where You’ll Make an Impact
Industrial Relations Strategy – Lead EBA negotiations and ensure a clear, compliant approach to workplace relations.
System & Compliance Oversight – Ensure accurate Award interpretation and system configuration across Humanforce and AlayaCare.
Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with HR, unions, and leadership to develop and implement IR solutions.
Risk Mitigation – Identify and resolve potential underpayment risks, ensuring the organisation remains compliant and well-prepared for upcoming EBA renewals.

Proven experience in employee/industrial relations, particularly in unionised environments.
A strong communicator with the ability to navigate complex IR and EBA matters with sensitivity and confidence.

Hands-on experience with award interpretation, BOOT assessments, and enterprise bargaining negotiations.
