Who are you?
You're a SAP SuccessFactors guru; you have a customer-centric mindset and the ability to manage stakeholders with ease, building strong relationships across teams. With a keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities, you’ll excel at identifying root causes and delivering practical solutions. You'll be responsible for overseeing critical programs like restructures and position management, acting as the primary point of contact for the People Team, Payroll, and Leadership.
Day to day
Provide HR advice and responses to queries related to SAP and Success Factors.
Collaborate with Payroll and HRBPs to resolve database issues promptly.
Assist with restructures, position management, and cost centre allocations.
Support Enterprise Agreement increases and HR processes (e.g., employee letters)
Support HR team, HRBPs, and People Leaders on ad-hoc projects.
Troubleshoot and assist with HR system processes.
Implement solutions to improve HR processes and data integrity.
Ensure accuracy of master data in the system
Prepare and upload critical data in partnership with HR Systems Team
Conduct audits and resolve data issues.
Maintain accurate employee files and ensure compliance with standards.
Monitor data consistency.
What's in your toolkit?
Experience with SuccessFactors or HRIS systems (essential)
Broad commercial HR experience in complex environments.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts for data analytics
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Ability to solve business problems and deliver insights using data.
HR technical knowledge, including experience with Modern Awards, Fair Work Act, and/or enterprise agreements.
Proficient in MS Office 365, especially Excel
Knowledge of the utilities, energy, or resources sectors (desirable)
Understanding of process flows and the relationship between HRIS, Payroll, and SAP.
