As a vital member of the P&C function, reporting to the Head of P&C and acting as a partner and sounding board to them, you will actively contribute to the group's strategic vision by collaborating closely with the HR team and key stakeholders.
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Supporting Head of P&C with various projects around onboarding, work arrangements, new policies and presentation packs
Supporting with guidelines and preparation for annual remuneration review
Supporting other members of the P&C function with recruitment process management
Supporting new starter in P&C from an onboarding perspective
Performance management as required
Supporting organisation review and structure changes
Coordinating and checking fortnightly payroll paperwork (in conjunction with finance team - handover to be provided)
Your Toolkit:
You're a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management. You know what good looks like when it comes to HR and you have a key focus on delivering to short deadlines. You have worked in a small HR function previously and understand the balance between supporting / mentoring a team vs delivering on your own objectives. If you’re driven, collaborative, and eager to make a difference, this role is for you.
