Where You'll Make an Impact
Building effective relationships - working closely with ELT and Senior Leaders to build genuine working relationships based on credibility and open communication.
Provide expertise relating to people and culture matters - being the first point of contact for partnering support. Advise on workforce planning, remuneration, performance management etc
Developing leadership capability - Provide insights that support leadership development, and adopt a coaching approach.
Leading projects and change initiatives - Lead and contribute to projects that add to the overall benefit of the organisation and it's people.
