As an Organisational Development Specialist, you’ll join a progressive People & Culture team focused on translating strategy into practical, high-impact OD solutions. This role is ideal for someone who loves turning insight into action - designing frameworks, programs and interventions that leaders and teams can genuinely apply in a fast-growing, professional services environment.
Is This Your Perfect Match? Reporting to the OD Manager, you’ll work closely with People & Culture Business Partners and senior leaders across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in shaping leadership capability, strengthening performance and embedding consistent ways of working across a diverse, highly technical workforce.
This role suits an OD practitioner who balances strong theory with commercial pragmatism and enjoys working closely with leaders to drive meaningful change.
Your Impact - Leadership & Capability Development. Design and deliver leadership, manager and team capability programs, including foundational leadership, career conversations, feedback and performance.
- Organisation Design & Role Clarity. Support organisation design initiatives, career pathways and capability frameworks that enable growth and succession.
- Diagnosis & Intervention. Partner with Business Partners to diagnose people and performance challenges and design targeted, fit-for-purpose OD interventions.
- Change & Engagement. Lead change and engagement activities aligned to priority business initiatives.
- Facilitation & Influence. Facilitate workshops, learning sessions and leadership forums with credibility across senior leaders and technical professionals.
Your ToolkitYou’re a proven OD practitioner with experience across diagnosis, design, facilitation and evaluation, and you bring a strong track record in designing leadership and manager development initiatives, ideally within consulting or professional services environments. You’re a confident facilitator with the credibility to influence senior and technically minded stakeholders, and you know how to balance best-practice OD theory with practical, commercially relevant solutions. You’re comfortable using AI-enabled tools to inform OD insight and design, and you can support leaders to adopt AI responsibly in ways that strengthen capability, culture and ways of working. Strong written, visual and stakeholder communication skills round out your toolkit.
