You’ll be the true reward SME, partnering closely with senior leaders, operational teams and the broader People function to deliver a seamless reward experience across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll own the cycle, shape the modelling, design solutions that make sense for a complex business and operate confidently with executives who expect strong thinking and well supported recommendations. You’ll also develop and mentor your direct report, ensuring the function runs smoothly while lifting capability and impact.

Where You’ll Make an Impact - Cycle Leadership
Own and deliver the full annual remuneration review cycle, including modelling, analytics and leader enablement. - Incentive Design
Manage STI and LTI programs in line with group frameworks, exploring opportunities to optimise performance linkage and employee experience. - Reward Architecture
Lead job evaluation, grading and benchmarking, ensuring alignment, accuracy and commercial clarity. - Strategic Advisory
Provide trusted reward advice to senior leaders, offering recommendations that balance performance, cost and culture. - Data and Modelling Excellence
Drive high quality modelling, scenario analysis and reward design that supports decision making across a complex, multi site environment. - Performance Linkage
Partner with OD and performance teams to strengthen the connection between reward, capability and organisational outcomes.
What You Bring – What Sets You Apart - Reward Mastery
Deep experience across remuneration, modelling and incentive design, ideally gained in large or complex environments. - Hands On Precision
A comfort with detail, data and accuracy, paired with the ability to simplify complexity for leaders. - Executive Presence
Confidence operating at senior levels, advising MDs and influencing decision making with clarity and pragmatism. - Commercial Curiosity
A mindset that sees reward as a lever for growth, performance and capability uplift rather than a compliance cycle. - Flexibility of Background
National or multi site experience is helpful, though not essential. Depth of thinking and pace will set you apart.
