This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a hands-on partnering role supporting a passionate, people-centred organisation through a period of growth and change. You’ll join a small but mighty HR team, providing day-to-day generalist support across the Client Services portfolio - while helping to deliver engagement, performance, and workforce initiatives that make a real difference to frontline teams.
Is This Your Perfect Match?
You’ll thrive here if you’re a confident HR generalist who enjoys variety, connection, and seeing the impact of your work firsthand. You’re the kind of person who “smiles through” busy days, builds strong relationships quickly, and can balance hands-on operational support with thoughtful, practical advice to leaders. Experience in aged care (or a similar people-heavy, compliance-driven sector) will help you hit the ground running from day one.
