Your role in action
Support leaders through change projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for managers and team members throughout change processes.
Review current processes, make recommendations, and implement improvements.
Coach leaders and managers on communication, compliance, and employee support.
Support the introduction and learning around Workday, helping to transition HR processes from administrative-heavy to streamlined.
Maintain stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels, including executives, managers, and support staff.
Balance strategic discussions with hands-on execution to ensure the program runs smoothly.
Contribute to standard HR partnering tasks as needed, providing flexibility and support to the broader team.
Your toolkit
Proven ability to manage complex programs from start to finish, including communication and coaching.
Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of an organisation.
Experience in the NDIS or not-for-profit sector (desirable).
Confident in handling challenging conversations and managing expectations.
Hands-on experience with HR systems like Workday or similar, including coaching others.
Extensive experience in restructuring, redundancy, and change management.
Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-changing environment.
Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (essential compliance requirements).
