As a Senior HR Business Partner this is a chance to operate in an environment where transformation and performance go hand-in-hand. You’ll help shape the people strategy for businesses at different stages of maturity each with the appetite to evolve and grow.
What you’ll do - Partner with Senior Leadership Teams across multiple entities, acting as a trusted advisor on workforce, culture, capability and compliance.
- Lead and deliver transformation projects from post-acquisition integration and restructures to OD, workforce design and succession planning.
- Translate group-wide people frameworks into pragmatic, entity-specific initiatives that meet both business needs and compliance obligations.
- Coach and develop leaders at all levels, strengthening people-leadership capability and accountability.
- Manage complex ER and IR matters with sound judgement and a solutions mindset.
- Use workforce data to diagnose trends, identify risk and deliver insight-driven, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Champion a leader-led HR model, empowering managers while safeguarding the integrity of process, policy and law.
Who you are - An accomplished Senior HR Generalist / Business Partner who’s operated across multi-entity or PE-backed organisations.
- Commercially minded and data-literate, able to link people strategy directly to business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance and governance, and the confidence to navigate grey areas with clarity and integrity.
- Experienced in leading change; from transformation and integration to capability uplift.
- Calm, credible and adaptable - you can pivot quickly while keeping people engaged.
- Known for your ability to balance commercial realism with empathy and sound judgement.
