Your Role in Action - Aged care portfolio - partner with leaders across aged care homes and allied health programs, supporting a workforce of health professionals with complex workforce dynamics and a dedicated enterprise agreement.
- Social enterprise portfolio - support internal corporate functions, community retail stores and a school for disadvantaged young people, which are part of their broader social impact work.
Your Toolkit - Relevant tertiary qualifications with extensive experience as a generalist HR Business Partner.
- Broad and deep HR Business Partner experience.
- Strong experience in employee and industrial relations within large, diverse, and fast-paced organisations.
- Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and building capability in leaders.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and grievance management, including mediation and conciliation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound recommendations.
- Expertise across all areas of HR, particularly managing employee relations risk.
- Demonstrated influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including reports, correspondence, presentations, and data reporting.
- Resilient in delivering complex projects and policies, balancing competing priorities, and managing client expectations.
