You’ll help improve how we do things, find smarter ways to support recovery, and bring fresh ideas to keep our claims process as people-friendly and efficient as possible.

Where You'll Make an Impact - Manage end-to-end injury and illness claims (both work and non-work related), including psychological and physical cases
- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of return-to-work plans
- Liaise with injured employees, managers, insurers, rehab providers, and other stakeholders to ensure progress and compliance
- Provide expert advice to leaders on workers comp, rehab, and return-to-work legislation and strategy
- Oversee workers comp administration: injury notifications, payroll calculations, and wage reimbursements
- Conduct insurer claim reviews and monitor claim costs, trends, and premium impacts
- Support the development of injury and care management tools, training, and reporting frameworks
- Partner closely with WHS, HR, and service teams to embed best practice across the business
Your Toolkit - Accredited Return to Work Coordinator with experience managing both physical and psychological claims
- Deep understanding of WHS and workers comp legislation, with the ability to translate it into clear, practical advice
- You’re self-motivated, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat
- A strong communicator who builds trust and confidence across all levels - from frontline staff to external providers
- You’ve got a proactive mindset and love continuous improvement - you don’t just follow process, you make it better
- Confident with data and reporting - you know your way around claims dashboards and Excel sheets
- You're approachable, compassionate, and bring a calm presence during challenging moments
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, but equally comfortable working independently
