This is a highly influential role with direct access to the ELT and Remuneration & Nomination Committee, and a remit spanning multiple regions. You will be supported, trusted, and expected to take the lead on the design and governance of executive and broad-based remuneration frameworks that are fit for purpose, commercially sound and aligned to the future of the business.
What you’ll be responsible for - Designing and governing remuneration frameworks across all levels and markets, ensuring they align with business strategy and market standards
- Leading the development and delivery of a Total Rewards strategy that covers fixed and variable pay, equity programs, benefits and recognition
- Advising the ELT and Board on all remuneration and governance matters, including preparing board papers and recommendations
- Managing annual and off-cycle remuneration reviews, performance frameworks, and benchmarking processes
- Overseeing remuneration compliance, disclosure requirements, and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as external advisors, to ensure well-governed, risk aligned reward outcomes
- Supporting succession planning and capability building by ensuring remuneration structures are fair, competitive and retention focused
Continually reviewing and improving reward, performance and governance processes
What you’ll bring - Strong experience in executive remuneration and performance frameworks within an ASX-listed or similarly complex environment
- Familiarity with regulatory and disclosure requirements across global entities
- Commercial and strategic capability with the ability to simplify complex technical matters for senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success preparing and presenting to Boards and Remuneration Committees
- High level analytical and modelling skills, combined with a practical, delivery focused approach
- Comfortable operating in a lean team, with a hands on, proactive mindset and strong influencing skills
