What Sets You Apart - Proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong ability to identify, attract, and secure high-calibre candidates, especially for centre leadership and corporate support roles within a rapidly growing organisation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to authentically represent and promote the employer brand both internally at executive level, as well as externally in market.
- Demonstrated capability to lead, coach, and develop a small but evolving recruitment team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
