Frontline Service Officers, Nebo

An exciting opportunity exists for a part time Frontline Service Officer to join Isaac Regional Council's Community Services Directorate based in Nebo. Reporting to the Community Hub Area Leader – East, the position is responsible for providing effective and courteous delivery of library and customer focused functions to the Isaac Region communities.
We are looking for a person who is passionate about providing exemplary customer experience and delivering programs. Duties will include (but not limited to):
Library - Develop, lead and deliver lifelong learning programs and activities
- Undertake library resource loans, reference queries using library management system
- Contribute to the daily operations of a library
Customer Services - Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
The successful candidate will have: - Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high-level customer service and/or library services.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering lifelong learning programs/events
- High level experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in using technology
- Ability to work as a team and autonomously
- Blue Card from the Commission for Children, Young People and Child Guardian, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.

For these positions we offer: - Salary $41.88 - $45.99 per hour
- Normally 32 hours per fortnight;
- 5 weeks annual leave pro rata @ 17.5% loading;
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement.
