Plumber – Residential Maintenance – Isaac Region
We are looking for a reliable, motivated team member to join the Isaac Regional Council's Corporate Properties Team to help deliver quality infrastructure and property services across our region.
An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Plumbing - Residential Maintenance team member to service the Isaac Region. Working within our Capital and trades team you will play a key role in maintaining and improving Council-owned Residential properties, accommodation, administration facilities and other essential Infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified plumber who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and is committed to providing efficient, cost-effective services that support the needs of the community.
Key Competencies: Qualifications, Mandatory – this role requires the possession of:
- Driver Licence
- Certificate III in plumbing (Trade qualification)
- Queensland Plumbing Licence
- General Construction white card or blue card
- RIIWHS204E – Work Safely at Heights

If you are successful in this position, you will receive: - Salary between $73,257.00 - $93,269.00 per annum (Stream C, Level 10 – 3)
- Discretionary Market Loading $17,000.00 per annum
- Subsided Council Housing
- Tool of Trade Vehicle
- Allowances: Locality, CWA & Tool
- Nominally 76 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
- RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
