This full-time role combines operational leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring properties and facilities are maintained to the highest standards while delivering efficient and cost-effective outcomes.
As Coordinator Property and Operations, you will oversee maintenance delivery programs, ensuring quality, timely, and budget-compliant outcomes. You will manage leasing and property functions in line with Council processes and statutory regulations, prepare reports for senior management, and support collaborative project delivery with the Capital and Trades team.
