Isaac Regional Council is seeking an experienced Coordinator Property and Operations to manage maintenance across the region and lead the development of policies, procedures, and processes relating to Council’s property portfolio. This full-time role combines operational leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring properties and facilities are maintained to the highest standards while delivering efficient and cost-effective outcomes.
  
As Coordinator Property and Operations, you will oversee maintenance delivery programs, ensuring quality, timely, and budget-compliant outcomes. You will manage leasing and property functions in line with Council processes and statutory regulations, prepare reports for senior management, and support collaborative project delivery with the Capital and Trades team.
  
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum three (3) years’ demonstrated senior leadership experience, preferably in Local Government
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience managing large property portfolios or projects
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and/or Diploma of Property (Agency Management)
• Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
• White Construction Card (or ability to obtain)
• Strong background in WHS compliance and legislative frameworks
