We're partnering with a well-established and modern accounting firm in Dandenong to help them find their next admin superstar!

This is a full-time opportunity, which would see you supporting a wider team of 15 Accountants and working closely in an administrative team of 6.

What you’ll be doing:

• Diary management and scheduling meetings
• Setting up new client files
• Annual company reviews
• Incorporating new companies, trusts and SMSF's
• ABN, TFN, GST applications
• Processing client payments
• Lodgements of Income Tax Returns and BAS
• Collations of financials
• Engagement and ethical letters
• Sending documents for signatures 
• Any other adhoc administration as required

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working in an accounting firm previously is essential for this role
• Experience with Xero would be highly regarded however not essential
• Highly organised and confident managing deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
