We're partnering with a well-established and modern accounting firm in South Melbourne to help them find a stand-out Personal Assistant to join their team. 

This role will see you supporting two Partners within a close-knit team of 35.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with plenty of room to grow and develop within the firm.

What you’ll be doing:

• Email and calendar management
• Creating client engagement proposals
• Event management, both small and larger events across Melbourne
• Preparing client invoices
• Liaising with the ATO on administrative matters and obtaining information from the Tax Agent Portal
• Assisting with client onboarding
• Establishing company and trust entities as required
• Coordinating travel

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant within an accounting firm or professional services environment is essential for this role
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
