Rae Recruitment are partnering with a dynamic & modern accounting firm, located in Camberwell, who are looking for a Receptionist to join their team. 

This is a full-time role and would see you providing administrative support to a team of Accountants, working alongside another 3 administrators.

About the Role

As an Receptionist, you’ll provide essential support to both clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional, polished manner
• Maintain tidy and well-presented meeting rooms and reception area
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
• Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for Senior Managers
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, including ATO correspondence
• Collate financial statements and documents with accuracy
• Organise office social functions and events
• Provide administrative support to designated teams and clients
• Assist with a variety of ad hoc administrative duties as needed

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience as a Receptionist, ideally having worked in an accounting, legal or financial environment previously
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
