You'll be joining a well-established firm with a team of 30 professionals, including a close-knit group of 3 Bookkeepers.

In this role, you'll work closely with Accountants, managing a diverse portfolio of clients while providing end-to-end bookkeeping services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love problem-solving, this is the perfect role for you!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable & receivable
• Handling end-to-end payroll and payroll tax
• Preparing and lodging quarterly and monthly BAS
• Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
• Creating and managing client invoices
• Posting journal entries
• Preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports
• Overseeing fixed asset management and depreciation schedules
• Completing end-of-month reconciliations

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in bookkeeping
• A relevant Bookkeeping qualification
• Experience with Xero is highly regarded (but not essential!)
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Confidence in communicating with clients directly and professionally
