ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Seeking a driven and talented graduate or junior lawyer to join a highly regarded Perth Litigation team at one of Australia's largest law firms. A genuine opportunity to work on a wide and diverse range of disputes for local, national and international clients — including private and listed companies, government agencies, insurers and high net worth individuals.
ABOUT THE ROLE

• Work directly with Partners and Special Counsels on complex, high-value disputes across multiple jurisdictions, industries and sectors
• Act for both plaintiffs and defendants across a broad range of matters, including:
• Complex contractual and commercial disputes
• Statutory claims including under the Australian Consumer Law, the Corporations Act and the ASIC Act
• Professional negligence and directors and officers liability claims
• Large value property damage claims
• Insurance coverage advice and indemnity disputes
• Regulatory and disciplinary investigations and prosecutions
• Construction, mining and resources disputes including significant Australian infrastructure projects
• Collaborate with colleagues in other states and territories, expanding your professional network and legal expertise

ABOUT YOU

• Graduated within the past two years
• A willingness to learn and eagerness to contribute to the success of the team
• Drive to work in a fast-paced and challenging disputes environment
• Proactive approach and motivation to achieve exceptional results for clients
• Professional and positive attitude — a great personal fit within a high-performing team
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of civil practice and procedure, particularly in the Supreme and District Courts of Western Australia
