ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 
Seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join a market-leading Perth property practice at one of Australia's largest law firms. Great opportunity for a senior practitioner ready to work across a diverse and sophisticated portfolio of property transactions and projects for private and public sector clients nationwide. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Act for a diverse range of private and public sector clients on property transactions, projects and large-scale acquisitions
• Advise across a broad property practice including capital transactions and complex leasing matters
• Work on renewable energy, joint venture and agribusiness projects
• Advise on strata and greenfield subdivisions
• Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team

ABOUT YOU

• 4+ years PAE within a specialised property practice
• Experience across commercial property transactions, leasing, development or related areas
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage client relationships and work autonomously
• An appetite to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a high-performing team
• Admitted to practise in Australia; interstate candidates welcome
