ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES
We are pleased to present two opportunities for talented Corporate M&A lawyers to join leading Australian law firms in Perth. Both are permanent, full-time roles offering the chance to work on complex, high-value transactions across the public and private sectors.
  

• Opportunity 1 – Associate / Senior Associate at a market-leading Perth corporate team known for significant and complex transactions in both the public and private sectors.
• Opportunity 2 – Solicitor / Associate at one of Australia's largest legal firms, joining a dynamic and rapidly growing Corporate & M&A team delivering exceptional legal services to commercial and government clients nationwide.

OPPORTUNITY 1 – ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE, CORPORATE M&A
ABOUT THE ROLE

• Advise on significant M&A transactions, corporate advisory matters and equity capital markets
• Draft, review and negotiate complex transaction documents
• Provide commercially focused legal advice to major public and private sector clients
• Exposure to FIRB and cross-border transactions
• Work as a key member of a collegial, high-performing team

ABOUT YOU

• 2+ years PQE, trained at a top-tier or mid-tier firm with exposure to significant transactions
• Strong knowledge of M&A, corporate advisory and/or equity capital markets
• Candidates from all Commonwealth jurisdictions considered
• High attention to detail and strong drafting skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

OPPORTUNITY 2 – SOLICITOR / ASSOCIATE, CORPORATE M&A
ABOUT THE ROLE

• Advise on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and due diligence processes
• Contribute to the firm's growth as a key member of the Corporate & M&A practice
• Deliver high-quality legal advice to commercial and government clients across Australia
• Work collaboratively with experienced partners and practitioners in a fast-paced environment

ABOUT YOU

• 2–4 years PQE in corporate law and M&A transactions
• Admitted to practise law in Australia
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate law, M&A and due diligence
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
