£80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Are you an experienced, senior level sales person with a track record of identifying and converting high level FM and Soft Services contracts?

As Head of FM Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy and securing new business across hard and soft FM services.
This is a senior leadership role, with significant influence on the future of the Security, Cleaning and FM division.
Role and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the FM, security and cleaning sectors
- Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with existing customers to grow accounts organically, and generate group opportunities across additional service lines.
- Client Relationship management with key focus on service delivery, retention, and contract growth.
- Regular client meetings and performance reviews, implementing process improvements where possible.
- Write and submit bids, while managing the end to end tender process.
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
Desirable skills and experience: - Extensive experience within the FM industry
- Knowledge and experience of selling Security and Cleaning solutions
- New business focus, with the ability to to identify new opportunities, and create cross selling opportunities
- Promote the business as the ‘supplier of choice’ within your market sector
- Commercially minded, with an in depth understanding of contract pricing models and operating costs
- You will have a proven track record in both new business sales and client relationship management.
- Experience managing tender processes, including writing and submitting bid proposals
