Account Manager (Sales & Account management)
£24,500, plus 35% monthly bonus

Full time, permanent - Monday to Friday
  
Are you an experienced account manager with a love for sales? This is an exciting opportunity to work for a market leading company managing key accounts, and winning new business.  
  
The Role
  
This is a role for an experienced account manager who possesses the unique set of skills necessary to deliver unrivalled customer service and grow incremental sales, as well as achieving new business wins in business sales for a market leading company. 

You will be responsible for securing the sales plan by retaining and growing profitable accounts, and strengthening customer engagement. Customer relationships will be built by using a multi-contact and online approach adhering to customer preference.


 Objectives and Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to existing customers in order to generate (additional) sales
• Pro-active sale of products and services as well as the implementation of customer campaigns in coordination with the marketing department in order to achieve sales goals
• Contact person for the medium-sized customer in the region via phone and email
• Analysis of purchasing behaviour (e.g. sales/margin, potential)
• Sharing product inquiries and updating customer data
• Creation of customer-specific offers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular contact 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Relevant experience in a service or sales oriented position is an advantage 
• Minimum vocational level of working and thinking 
• Relevant professional experience in telephone sales 
• Strong communicator at various levels 
• Strong customer focus, able to identify customer needs and improve sales through commercial mindset 
• Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking 
• Good MS Office skillset (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
