Recognised nationally for their expertise in pump, plumbing, and irrigation design and services, this organisation offers a comprehensive range of industry products such as pumps, filtration systems, and associated piping and fittings. In addition to their retail capabilities, they specialise in the design, installation, and servicing of water‑related systems. They are now looking to appoint a proactive and organised Stores Coordinator to join their team
  
The position:
This is a hands-on multi-tasking role that involves regular manual handling and physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 15kg, in accordance with Safe Work Australia guidelines. Applicants should be physically capable of performing these duties safely on a regular basis. You will be expected to deal with in-bound and out-bound goods and items for project installations and service work, receipt products, arrange and stack items on shelves, coordinate dispatch and delivery, conduct rolling stock takes, cross check invoicing and delivery dockets, purchase items, maintain a clean and organised work environment. This is an immediate start for an individual who is looking to join a well-established nationally structured employer.  

Duties include:

• Maintain organised stock levels 
• Coordinated dispatch and delivery
• Receipt in-bound and out-bound stock
• Work autonomously
• Conduct administrative duties
• Perform daily physical movement and placement of goods

Skills & experience required:

• An understanding of stores and warehouse functions is required 
• A background with plumbing, pipe, valves will be beneficial
• An understanding of Word and Excell will be an advantage
• Have sound written and verbal communication skills
• Operate forklift and lifting equipment
