About the Role:

A rare opportunity has opened up within a busy litigation practice, supporting a team of high-level Partners in Sydney CBD. You won't be doing this alone you'll have support around you, and with billing support in place, little billing is involved in this role! This is one of the most senior legal support positions in their Sydney office, acting as the key point of contact for the team locally.
Key responsibilities include:

• Providing end-to-end legal secretarial and executive support to multiple Partners
• Managing diaries, inboxes, and competing priorities
• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Coordinating client communication
• Supporting court, travel, and general team administration as required

  
About You:

• 3+ years' experience in a legal assistant role
• Basic litigation exposure highly regarded, but not essential, candidates without direct litigation experience are encouraged to apply
• Outgoing, friendly, and a genuine go-getter
• Comfortable working autonomously and confident liaising with senior stakeholders
• Flexible approach to office/home split (generally 3:2), with an understanding that some weeks may require additional office days depending on Partner needs
