About the Role:
  
Multiple roles are available due to internal growth! Each position involves supporting a high-level Partner within a busy team based in Sydney CBD, providing end-to-end legal secretarial and administrative support. Opportunities are available across both the litigation and corporate teams.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Partners with day-to-day executive and secretarial tasks
• Managing diaries, inboxes, and competing priorities
• Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Billing
• Coordinating client communication
• Supporting court, travel, and general team administration as required
