The Opportunity
  
This opportunity is with a top-tier law firm, based in Sydney CBD. They have invested heavily in technology and are focused on their culture, people, and diversity.
  
The Role

This is a temporary role, with the potential to extend up to 6 months. You will support Partners and their teams in the firm's very busy practice. Full training and induction will be provided. Duties include:

• Travel and accommodation booking
• Expenses
• Billing
• Opening and closing files
• Ad hoc administration tasks

The Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' legal assistance experience is essential
• Billing experience is a must
• Strong organisational skills to manage a large number of files at a time and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, debtors, and internal staff
• A team player, willing to help others when necessary
• Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply
