About the Role:

Supporting a Partner and great team in the trademarks team in their Sydney office, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice by:​

• Delivering high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines and responding to changing priorities.​
• Managing monthly billing processes, including creation of pre-bills, editing and finalising.​
• Coordinating internal and external appointments, including diary management for Partners.​
• Organising national and international travel arrangements, including visa applications where required.​
• Assisting the wider team with various administrative tasks as needed.
• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and personably.​
