The Practice
The team is one of the most active investment funds groups in the country. They advise across the entire funds lifecycle, supporting corporates, financiers, listed vehicles, PE clients, institutional investors and everything in between.

Typical work includes:

• Designing and establishing new fund products
• Drafting fund constitutions, LPAs, trust deeds and management agreements
• Co-investment structuring
• Regulatory and licensing advisory work
• Strategic, high-value transactions involving major private capital sponsors

It’s fast-paced, highly technical, commercially complex, and genuinely career-making.

What You’ll Bring
You’re likely a strong performer with:

• 3+ years’ experience in investment funds and/or financial services regulation
• A desire to work on sophisticated matters with major private capital clients
• The confidence to work directly with clients and run elements of matters autonomously
• The ability to collaborate in a tight-knit, high-performing team
