The Role: 

This role will see you support a team of Partners, Lawyers, and Legal Secretaries. Working in a team you will be playing a pivotal part in the day-to-day running of this busy law firm. You will have an easy commute as the firm is located in the CBD close to bus and train stations.  This is a full-time permanent role.

Other duties of the role include: 

• Travel and accommodation booking
• Expenses
• Billing
• Opening and closing files
• Provide support to executives
• Ad hoc administration tasks

You: 

You will have previous experience as a team assistant or administrator in a legal or professional services environment. You will be highly organised, self-sufficient, and have high attention to detail.
