About the Firm

You will be working closely with 1–2 Partners and a team of self-sufficient lawyers, providing high-level secretarial and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm that values initiative, innovation, and collaboration.

About the Roles
Supporting Partners in various teams in their Melbourne office, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice by:​

• Managing diaries, travel, emails, and meeting coordination.
• Preparing, editing, and formatting correspondence, contracts, and legal documents.
• File and matter management (electronic and hard copy).
• Time entry, billing, and expense management.
• Assisting with client enquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Proactively supporting Partners and lawyers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
