This opportunity is with a global top-tier law firm, based in Sydney CBD, supporting their commercial legal team. The has invested heavily in technology and is focused on its culture, people, and diversity.

The Role:

In this role, you will work to assist Lawyers across all of the firm's practice areas, cover reception, prepare legal documents, and assist Legal Secretaries with overflow work when needed. Other duties include: 

• Travel and accommodation booking
• Expenses
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Opening and closing files
• Set up meeting rooms
• Ad hoc administration tasks

About you:

A bright and upbeat personality, a can-do attitude and an eye for detail. Previous experience as a receptionist, concierge or cabin crew, we're pretty open to background; it's all about the attitude.
