About the Role

• Advise lenders, borrowers, sponsors and consortia on leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate and real estate finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate finance documents and oversee transaction execution.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage transaction timelines.
• Work closely with partners, clients and other practice groups on strategic and technical issues.
• Contribute to client relationship initiatives and business development.

Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years’ PQE in banking and finance law.
• Experience in leveraged, acquisition, project, corporate or real estate finance.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
