About the Role:

Supporting a Partner and team in the busy Finance practice at the firm’s Sydney office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both the legal and client side of the practice. This role offers variety, combining traditional Legal Assistant duties with EA-style responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and client-focused.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality, accurate work while managing deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Coordinating complex diary management and travel arrangements.
• Preparing and managing legal documents, including comparing and tracking changes.
• Supporting business development activities – managing client lists, helping prepare materials, and assisting with events.
• Assisting the wider team with a range of administrative tasks to keep matters on track.
• Building strong internal and external relationships with professionalism and confidence.
