The Opportunity

This opportunity is with a top-tier law firm, based in Brisbane CBD, supporting their Real Estate team. They have invested heavily in technology and are focused on their culture, people, and diversity.

The Role:

This role will see you support Partners and their teams in the firm's very busy Corporate practice. You will be given full training and induction, with a full handover document ready to go. Duties include: 

• Travel and accommodation booking
• Expenses
• Billing
• Opening and closing files
• Ad hoc administration tasks

The Requirements

• Strong organisational skills to manage a large number of files at a time and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, debtors, and internal staff
• A team player, willing to help others when necessary
