The Role

This newly created in-house role will see you provide end-to-end legal support on a broad range of real estate and commercial matters. Working across the full project lifecycle—from acquisition to settlement—you’ll play a key role in delivering outcomes that support business goals while minimising risk.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation across real estate, construction, banking & finance, and general commercial matters
• Supporting transactional activity including development site acquisitions and settlements
• Advising on disputes and liaising with external counsel where required
• Overseeing compliance and helping develop internal governance policies
• Providing general legal support and maintaining up-to-date precedents and legal templates

About You:

• 3–5 years’ post-admission experience (NSW qualified)
• Background in real estate law, ideally from a reputable firm or in-house within the property development sector
• Confident in managing multiple priorities and working with senior stakeholders
• Clear and commercial communicator with strong drafting skills
